7. The Company reimburses the agents for all reasonable costs associated with the transportation or delivery of these goods and other reasonable costs arising from the sale of these goods. CONSIDERING that the company various electronic products and appliances and agents, with an appropriate infrastructure to expose the company`s products, have chosen to appoint them as its agent in the State of Rajasthan for the promotion and sale of the company`s products in the area mentioned. 20. This agreement is executed in two copies. The original is kept by the company and duplicated by the agents.
