Arty – Open Space
The quick cuts that started with the massive ‘Rebound‘ and continued with ‘Mozart‘ are back for Arty’s latest release, ‘Open Space.’
Arty has mastered the ‘nervous-sounding’ or ‘frantic-style’ better than any producer. Rapid synths continue to blur the line between progressive house and trance.
Beatport filed this one under progressive, mainly due to the buildups built-in.
Arty will be in our area a few times next month. Once on Governor’s Island, July 7, and another during the ID Festival at Jones Beach, July 28.
Fittingly, outdoor events that will have an excess of, you guessed it, open space.
