‘Dutchano’ is probably the pick of the litter when it comes to piano tracks at the moment. The Laidback Luke edit has enjoyed much success in its first few weeks out. But, if you’re apart of the ‘vocals make everything better’ school of thought, you probably thought that it was missing something.
German producer Eddie Thoneick decided to tack on one of the contenders for acapella of the year, Adele’s ‘Rolling In The Deep.’ It works to perfection. As good as the first drop is, where Adele’s vocals take us right up to the climax, the second tops it. Adele holds her note over and past the dutchano peak.
It’s all about the pianos, people.
