What a funky track A-Trak & Oliver have let loose on the world. Talk about two of the coolest producers in the game ,this may be one of the coolest tracks we have heard so far this month. The Fools Gold family members know how to keep it real on and off the decks and ‘Zamboni’ gives us an 80′s dance music feel , which is freaking awesome!
It’s a release day full of trio’s in the EDM world, and R3hab, Lucky Date and Nicky Romero have just unleashed hell with ‘Rip It Up’. It’s hard to constantly give tracks positive reviews, but ‘Rip It Up’ needs no exaggeration when we say it’s heavy and intense. There is no reason to not call this track Top 10 material and you’ll be sure to hear it on New Year’s Eve wherever you go and with whomever you see. Listen and support!
Out on lucky Friday the 13th, Steve Aoki and R3hab’s newest collab is pure gold. We’ve been hearing this track in sets and on Sirius for a little bit, and the anticipation has been killing us for the release date on December 13th. With a festival sound, ‘Flight’ is an anthem that we couldn’t help but want to get up and dance when the break hit. With Aoki’s cake throwing abilities and R3hab’s ridiculous Dutch sound, the two make for a pure fun collab and a track you can’t go without purchasing on Beatport.
Purchase: December 13th.
Out now on Beatport is the brand new single from Nari & Milani titled ‘Patriots’. Bringing a whole new meaning to catchy, this track is definitely a unique one that will be stuck in your head. The heavy, acid-like synth riff is what brings this track to another level. When this track isn’t being heavy, there is a wonderful uplifting passage to fill the spectrum a bit. Receiving positive feedback from many big name DJs, ‘Patriots’ is definitely a track you should check out!
Woah, talk about versatility. The Socialytes have proven they can play around with multiple genres and kill it in each and every one. ‘Fukin Party’ is a true Electro-House gem, with a huge buildup for a couple minutes leading to a Hardwell-like breakdown. We have nothing but love for this duo, as they are secretly becoming EO favorites. With 10,000 followers on Soundcloud, you know there is a reason for that. Pure talent and skill, and we look forward to what the duo bring next.
Wolfgang Gartner is back with the preview or his newest Electro smash Piranha. Fresh off the ‘Hounds of Hell’ tour with Tommy Trash, Gartner is back in the studio ready to unleash hell on the EDM world. It has been nearly two months since his last release ‘Hounds Of Hell’ and we are looking forward to the December 17th release date for ‘Piranha’ . Take a listen to the preview and let your mind wander into Electro heaven.
Purchase: December 17th
Audien, Trance’s king-to-be has defected to the dark side with this January 3rd bigroom house release on Spinnin’. And its awesome. At first you think its classic Audien, with that pluck synth moving into those classic trance chords. Then the drop comes, and despite being cliched, its actually done pretty well and not necessarily the ‘bandwagon jumping’ you might think. It is definitely a little of that, but every artist has to evolve. It may not be vintage Audien, but its definitely really good.
Yesterday Afrojack released the full version of his ‘Wrecking Ball’ remix. Many producers have put their spin on Miley Cyrus’ track, and Afrojack puts his signature Dutch sound which isn’t for the faint of heart. It begins with an orchestra like sound with a piano melody slowly building up to the voice of ‘I came in like a Wrecking’ and a ridiculous drop. The Dutch god-like producer doesn’t involve Miley’s vocals for a few minutes in what works out perfectly for the 7 minute track. The second breakdown is where Afrojack’s signature Dutch sound comes in to play and the track is mayhem from there.
Named EDM’s Justin Bieber, Martin Garrix has become a household name in dance music after ‘Animals’, arguably 2013′s biggest track. The 17 year old achieved DJ stardom in just one track and now has a second to show for it. His first big release was actually back in February with Sidney Samson called ‘Torrent’. After ‘Animals’ Garrix remixed Sander Van Doorn’s ‘Project T’ which climbed up the Beatport charts. Wizard has FINALLY been released off Spinnin’ Records after weeks of being a huge track and the music video absolutely blowing up on Youtube. The teaser got nearly 1.5 million hits on Soundcloud alone. ‘Wizard’ has Garrix signature sound along with Jay Hardway’s implant. We can assure you ‘Wizard’ will have similar reaction to ‘Animals’.
Hard Rock Sofa is back with their newest installment ‘Let Me Hear You Scream’ along with up and comer Skidka. In typical fashion ‘Let Me Hear You Scream’ has a dramatic buildup leading to an emphatic breakdown sure to be a hit in the clubs. There is no other option for Hard Rock Sofa, with every song giving you a huge breakdown to get crazy for. The duo are one of the most exciting DJ’s in the game, and don’t disappoint with ‘Let Me Hear You Scream’.
