NEWS – Swedish House Mafia To Perform At Madison Square Garden

Many times, when your feelings of what you think you know are confirmed you usually find out something bad or heartbreaking. Swedish House Mafia fans in the Northeast didn’t feel either of those emotions when Pete Tong, shortly before 4:30 p.m., on his BBC Radio One program, announced that the trio will be coming to the world’s most famous arena this December.

It’s rare to see Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso perform together, at least here in the United States. The big room troupe will be making the rare trip Friday, Dec. 16, to the home of the Knicks and Rangers and will perform on the same stage as greats Billy Joel and Jay-Z.

Amy Thompson, Swedish House Mafia’s manager, is billing this as “The biggest private party on earth.”

Also announced on Friday, by SHM, were a “One Night Stand” album to be released in December and a performance at the Milton Keynes Bowl in the UK, next summer

Ticket information will be available Sept. 30 on the SHM Facebook and official Website.
