Supafly Inc. – Happiness (Oliver Twizt Remix)
Remember Supafly Inc.? Back in 2006, they hit big in the dance world with ‘Moving Too Fast,’ a track that managed to turn Phil Collins’ ‘Another Day in Paradise’ into a rather groovy club anthem. Well, two weeks ago, Supafly Inc. returned, releasing ‘Happiness,’ the first single off a promised upcoing album. It took seconds before scores of DJs grabbed a hold and started spitting out remixes, including Netherlands-based Oliver Twizt. Twizt is a rising star in the EDM world, getting nods from Sander van Doorn, Carl Cox, and yes, even David Guetta himself. Twizt doesn’t let those guys down with his standout take on Supafly’s comeback track. ‘Happiness’ is an unbelievably upbeat tune, and Twizt manages to turn it into something evil. He leaves the hook alone until the drop, where he lets the heavy bass and Skrillex-esque screams fly. It seems even Twizt is surprised by his track, labeling the genre “Don’t Know But Got Loads Of Swag.”
Keep an eye out for Twizt in the upcoming months. He has already released tracks under Mad Decent Records and there are plenty of rumors that a Twizt-Diplo production will be arriving shortly.
