With its release a month ago to date, Arty’s ‘Together We Are‘ is undoubtedly one of the biggest tracks in dance music at the moment. Norway’s Carl Louis and Martin Danielle (CLMD) have put their progressive style to work in an impressive remix of the already massive ‘Together We Are’. The remix features airy and euphoric syth riffs, and stays true to the feel good vibe of the original production. There is no doubt that CLMD’s edit of ‘Together We Are’ will find its way into the sets of various DJ’s throughout Miami in the upcoming week, and beyond.

BT promised an album this year and it looks like it may be dropping soon with the official release of his latest single, ‘Must be the Love.’ For the track, BT teamed up with one of Russia’s biggest DJ names, Arty, and vocalist and EDM mainstay, Nadia Ali. The three have created a beautiful trance track that is both soothing and exciting. The track slowly builds on itself, starting with minimal drums, and layering vocals, synths, and uplifting drops. This is sure to be one of many great trance tracks released by BT this fall. Check it out below and be sure to grab it now on Beatport.

Not to be outdone by the folks at EDC, New York City based Area Event has teamed up with Six Flags Great Adventure to bring dance music loving thrill seekers a rare opportunity to attend a festival inside an actual amusement park. On October 6th, ‘Electric Adventure’ will welcome Alesso, Arty, Super Smash Brothers, and a roster of other performers to the Jackson, NJ location, for a day of raving and roller-coasters. Keep in mind this event also coincides with the park’s annual ‘Fright Fest’ theme, where guests can expect a spooky Halloween atmosphere as the grounds are decorated in the spirit of the holiday (employees are also decked out in creepy costumes in an attempt to frighten patrons).
All tickets for Electric Adventure will include access to both the park and the performances, with VIP package options available as well. For more information and to purchase tickets when they are released on August 28th, visit Wantickets here.
The quick cuts that started with the massive ‘Rebound‘ and continued with ‘Mozart‘ are back for Arty’s latest release, ‘Open Space.’
Arty has mastered the ‘nervous-sounding’ or ‘frantic-style’ better than any producer. Rapid synths continue to blur the line between progressive house and trance.
Beatport filed this one under progressive, mainly due to the buildups built-in.
Arty will be in our area a few times next month. Once on Governor’s Island, July 7, and another during the ID Festival at Jones Beach, July 28.
Fittingly, outdoor events that will have an excess of, you guessed it, open space.
Out today on Anjunabeats.

It’s been awhile since we’ve had any firm news about an Arty track. Today he has announced the imminent release of his new tune ‘Open Space’ out June 18 on Anjunabeats. ‘Open Space’ has the signature euphoric chorus lines that Arty generally employs, but a harder edge that you don’t hear in his other tracks. A bit more kick drum, a bit more fire. We like!
The anticipation for Identity Fest this summer just keeps on building – Jones Beach is already completely sold out and the other locations are filling up fast. The announcement that ID Fest would bringEric Prydz, making his first appearance stateside in years, along with a stellar supporting cast to cities around the country just now as the EDM boom is on the upswing meant that the hype has been big. Enjoy this special mix that line-up member Arty made just for ID Fest fans – complete with private edits and other favorites.

Diverse purveyor of music BT has just had his forthcoming album signed to Dutch label Armada Music, home to a vast array of some of the more talented dance music producers across the board.
US-based composer and technologist BT will release his album worldwide, yet another milestone in his illustrious career that has been marked by genre cutting collaborations and musical recognition. Set for release during the late summer, his as yet un-named 8th studio album is the accumulation of over two decades of dance music production and innovation .
Look for his collaboration ‘Must Be The Love‘ with young Russian Arty and vocalist Nadia Ali – set to be the first single to be released off the album this month – which was debuted by Arty during the ASOT 550 festival in LA.
21 Year old Frenchman Tom Tyger just came went live with a slew of releases, including a mix for Kronos label, also works with Swanky Tunes and Hard Rock Sofa. Tyger has released a few of the most recent Kronos mixes, and they are all charmingly good fun. His mix bubbles over with that irresistible French touch, as some of the tracks he mixes in scream disco house all ova’ yo face. He also adds a few promos of yet to be released stuff, which includes a new remix of Qulinez, Dyro, and of course, his trumped up remix of Arty’s Trio.
This remix is balls to the walls robot and chaotic, and hella fun. It won’t go by the DJ playlists undetected and is sure to hit the airwaves.
Arty, Matisse & Sadko – Trio (Tom Tyger Edit)
Anyways, What makes this Kronos release so charming is that he restrains himself from using your dime a dozen house bangers that were played non-stop throughout Miami Music Week. He puts in original touches, making great use of Calvin Harris, mixing it with Tommy Trash. And of course, it wouldn’t be a French mix without some Daft Punk stuck in there, which is precisely what he does during the final stretch of the mix.
Welcome to the only guide that you will need for your upcoming visit to Miami. Perhaps there is great Cuban food somewhere in the city, and tourists will definitely swim with the dolphins, but what you are there for is electronic dance music. After weeks of monitoring and carefully tracking the (what seems like) millions of parties happening before, during and after Ultra, the EO staff came together to gather the best and the brightest choices. EO is a diverse crew, made up of techno purists, trance enthusiasts and big room progressive followers and this guide reflects those many musical genres.
Where will we be? Everywhere it seems. In the booth with Markus Schulz? Check! Closing down the club with dBerrie? Definitely! Interviewing Hard Rock Sofa and Tom Tyger? You betcha! Try and keep track of the team via Twitter (@electronicoasis) and give us a holler if you’re in Miami! See ya there!!
