AVICII’s LE7ELS Tour start date has been pushed back in order to accommodate changes in the shows production, and these production changes won’t be ready in time for the following shows which have been cancelled:
Cancelled
Reliant Arena in Houston May 17
Fort Worth Convention Center Arena May 18
Uno Lakefront in New Orleans May 20
Gwinnett Center in Duluth June 6
According to Mark Ward of AVICII’s production team “The production is a re-invention of modern technology in an unexplored area of application seeing the 3d mapping is done on an organic surface and mixed in real time. In its complexity we discovered some technical issues at Coachella that could compromise the quality of the experience for the fans which is why we are recommending we move the tour starting date up to a month later.”
Ash Pournouri, At Night Managment, says, “We can not risk anything but a top notch experience for fans and will move the tour start to June 7, pending venue availabilities†The following shows have been rescheduled:
The Sprint Center in Kansas City May 24 is now Sept. 16 at The Midland by AMC
Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis May 24 is now Sept. 15
Target Center in Minneaplois May 26 is now Sept. 7 at the Minneapolis Convention Center
MTS Centre in Winnipeg May 26 is now Sept. 6
Several dates will also be replaced by headliner slots at upcoming festivals which will be
announced in the weeks ahead.

Now, if you live in the Avicii bubble you may feel that 2011 is ‘The Year of Avicii.’ While that may be true, there is a world outside that bubble of anti-Avicii logic.
These people will criticize his live DJ skills, if his productions are, in fact, his, the simplicity of said productions and one other thing, the quality of his Podcast, Le7els.
Le7els 005 is slightly underwhelming, especially compared to his 001 and 002 shows, which actually featured exclusive tracks. This go ’round, we get a lot of recycled and dated songs.
It seems that Aveech differs to his guest mixers to pick up the slack. This month Cazzette was called upon.
Make up your mind for yourself. If you are an obedient house-head, 005 is a pedestrian podcast. If you are an adoring Avicii fan, you may find his slew of songs enjoyable and admire his throwback taste.
If all else fails, the watermark is cool–deep voice–’Avicii levels. Taking you higher.’
Tracklist after the jump.

We can probably all agree that Avicii Le7els has been this year’s most powerful EDM hit. We’ve seen previews of remixes from quite a few artists, including Skrillex and Cazzette. Hardwell implored the crowd at Pacha last Saturday to tweet at Avicii and demand that he release a package of remixes, prior to dropping his version.
Now there might be a light at the end of the tunnel for those eagerly awaiting the Le7els remixes. Avicii posted a suggestive photo of a Le7els Remixes track cover on his Facebook, with the caption “Guess what?” suggesting that in the near future we may see an official release. Avicii hasn’t suggested a date yet, but it looks like something is in the works. So, which remix is your favorite? Hit up the comments!
UPDATE: The Cazzette NYC Mode Mix and Skrillex Remix will be officially released Dec. 20! Stream the full versions until then!
