Like Mike and Dimitri Vegas, or the ‘Smash the House’ brothers, team up with producer Moguai to make this massive beat ‘Mammoth’ from Spinnin’ Records. The song is a perfect blend of the creator’s styles, with creative synths, powerful bass sections, and a giant drop. The track features no vocals; its raw dance in its organic form. Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike have exploded on the scene and validated their superstar quality over the past three years, with their presence being demanded from dance fans around the globe. So, it’s only appropriate that they collaborate with versatile EDM veteran Moguai, who has been on the scene since 1994.
The brotherly duo and German producer had their high octane song featured in the official after movie for Tomorrowland 2012, where they teamed up and played to a colossal crowd with fans from over 75 different countries. It’s a MAMMOTH of a track that has summer anthem written all over it.

Classic Moby track, “Extreme Ways”, surfaces from the early 2000s and makes it’s come back in the legendary Bourne Legacy movie series! Already being a staple track to the legend’s DJ career and no stranger to being remixed by other fellow DJ’s such as Tiesto’s vocal remix – Moguai takes the reigns and morphs it into a power indie-electro dance floor track. Keeping the disco uplifting feel and mixing it in with the modern day big room sound, this remix has the hopes of attracting many of Moguai’s peers to want to explore with it.

It seems that Tommy Trash never goes more than a week or two without being in the spotlight of the blogosphere. And for good reason – the Aussie has been on fire in 2012 producing a flurry of massive remixes and originals, with his fingerprints on some of the biggest festival anthems this year (see: Cascade, Ladi Dadi, Antidote).
One of Tommy’s productions that went relatively under the radar was his collaboration on Moguai’s masterpiece album Mpire, entitled In N’ Out. The original mix is a groove-driven journey of melodic synths, showcasing both artists’ styles. The recent release of the Tommy Trash remix, out now on mau5trap, features longer buildups and bigger drops not uncommon to any other of Mr. Trash’s productions to date.
Check out the Tommy Trash Club Mix on Soundcloud below and on BEATPORT, and while you’re at it be sure to grab the original.
Moguai & Tommy Trash – In N’ Out (Tommy Trash Club Mix)
One of the up and comers from the Mau5trap label, German wunderkind Moguai has just released his trumped up, crunked up, silky smooth progressive house banger remix of his own track Lyme that came out on his EP earlier in the year. The original version from the Mpire LP is shorter, more melodic trance music, but this remix is longer, louder, glitchier, and heavier.
Moguai has some shows coming up in the United States scattered throughout the West Coast, but nothing on the East coast yet. You can find his tourdates on his website.
Welcome to the only guide that you will need for your upcoming visit to Miami. Perhaps there is great Cuban food somewhere in the city, and tourists will definitely swim with the dolphins, but what you are there for is electronic dance music. After weeks of monitoring and carefully tracking the (what seems like) millions of parties happening before, during and after Ultra, the EO staff came together to gather the best and the brightest choices. EO is a diverse crew, made up of techno purists, trance enthusiasts and big room progressive followers and this guide reflects those many musical genres.
Where will we be? Everywhere it seems. In the booth with Markus Schulz? Check! Closing down the club with dBerrie? Definitely! Interviewing Hard Rock Sofa and Tom Tyger? You betcha! Try and keep track of the team via Twitter (@electronicoasis) and give us a holler if you’re in Miami! See ya there!!

It’s been two years since his last LP titled ‘We Ar Lyve’ back in April 2010 but the German specialist Andre Tegeler is back with a brand new album. One of the few albums released on the mau5trap imprint, ‘Mpire’ truly demonstrates how Moguai has become a master from a production standpoint branding his style through house, electro and techno.
The featured single on the album, ‘Mpire,’ was released earlier this month and instantly rose to the top, charting at #1 on Beatport. An absolutely huge track that incorporates all sorts of different sounds topped with that Moguai signature stamp. Instead of stopping here, the album takes it to the next level by including 13 tracks in all.
Some other notable favorites. First off, this track ‘Lyme’ is filthy. Great progressive trance sounding tune that has that club driving kick. Another big track that you have to take a listen to is his collaboration with Tommy Trash titled ‘In N’ Out.’ I’m also REALLY DIGGIN ‘Deaf By Stereo,’ just a straight big time house tune. If you are looking for some vocals, look no further than the progressive banger ‘Invisible.’
You can check out the entire soundcloud preview for the album right here but do yourself a favor and head on over to beatport to purchase the full album. Also, click here if you want to listen to a mini mix of the album.
Moguai and Mau5trap join forces to deliver the exquisite ‘Mpire’ – the first single from forthcoming ‘Mpire’ LP, which releases at the end of the month. Moguai has always had a knack for creating intelligent, original and multilayered soundscapes and Mpire is certainly no exception. Captivating, melodic and with driving swells throughout, it epitomizes what the majestic German does best.
