Hardwell – Three Triangles

 Hardwell Three Triangles

Hardwell is riding a wave of proggy tech-house glory, presenting a stripped down production (we would prefer it to be slightly more undressed, but to each his own) ‘Three Triangles,’ out now as a single and part of Toolroom Records’ Ibiza 2012 Vol.1. The synths and build-up lend the underlying tech-house tune a progressive bend, and the result is like a seamlessly blended that will surely cool you down and be an integral part of your summer music rotation.

The Ibiza compilation compliments Toolroom Knights’ residency at club Space, with tracks from Mark Knight, Tiësto, Hardwell, Funkagenda, Popof & Olivier Giacomotto, Afrojack, Laidback Luke, UMEK, Michael Woods, Nic Fanciulli, Maceo Plex, Manuel De La Mare, Alex Kenji & Maya Jane Coles. Phew, that’s quite the mix, eh?

LIVE PREVIEW: Hardwell – Three Triangles

If you aren’t impressed by the electro of the moment and the artist that have spawned because of it, listen to this. One of those artists has moved away from that sound and did something that is, well, good.

Not your typical Hardwell track. Not the Hardwell you’ve been hearing for the last year or so, at least (remember this Hardwell?) This one sounds, dare you say, tech-y?

Electro tech.

The simple melody seems to work a lot better than the face melting synth forced on us.

No release information as of yet, but stay tuned.
