New on Musical Freedom is ‘Kalavela’ by Thomas Newson and John Dish.
This track has an interesting mixture of two things that remind you of Hardwell. Rhythmic percussion lines. And the now infamous 808 kick drop. It’s the combination of the sounds from productions like ‘Love Comes Again‘ and Zero 76) with the more modern one note drop festival anthems.
There are some great distorted arps added in the bridge to give a bit more unique feeling to the track, which was a good decision by Mr. Newson and Mr. Dish. Of course there’s a small vocal sample before the one note drop.
