In anticipation of Kaskade’s stop in Brooklyn this weekend for his Freaks Of Nature tour, it is only appropriate that a Kaskade classic is posted for this weeks Throwback Thursday.
Deadmau5 & Kaskade’s ‘I Remember’ is an absolute masterpiece that encompasses everything that both producers are known for: powerful vocals, amazing chords, and catchy sounds. The track is one of the rare productions that manages to be an absolute floor-filling hit, yet as a whole it is relatively understated. There are no “massive drops” at all, yet it is on everyone’s iPod which is a rarity for popular dance music.

It’s safe to say that this track will forever be a house classic, and it is certainly one of the factors that added to the meteoric rise of both Deadmau5 and Kaskade over the years.
