There have been few trance sets that I’ve experienced in the past few months, that haven’t included Gareth Emery & Ashley Wallbridge’s fire new single: ‘Mansion’.

‘Mansion’ was released by Emery’s label, Garuda, on September 5th, and has since proven itself as a true big-room banger, as well as easily one of the best tracks of 2011. In typical Emery style, the tune’s emphasis is on the melodic synth line, a catch phrase that never gets old. Wallbridge’s influence can be heard more in the drum sequence and bass line, complementing the uplifting chorus seamlessly.

‘Mansion’ has done more in three months than most tunes do in a year, and will undoubtedly continue into 2012 as a cornerstone in the sets of trance and progressive deejays worldwide.
